Yeah. All I can say is thank God I never emailed Hillary so much as a cake recipe. Thanks to WikiLeaks, she and her crew have skeletons popping out faster than the movie Poltergeist. I’m sure Trump is probably next, and of course that would be YUUUGE! Believe me. Try to imagine the emails he’s typed with those beautiful hands.

 

And what of Julian Assange? Talk about picking a humdinger of a hiding spot – the Ecuadorian Embassy in the middle of London. I’ll bet my kid’s Christmas presents that if he’d holed up somewhere like, oh I don’t know, Ghana, he’d already be the victim of an unfortunate bombing accident (53 times).

It got me thinking. What if WikiLeaks got into my email? No. Next.

What about yours?

Some of your accounts would be tabloid-worthy, but most, mundane: Lululemon or  JosABank ads. Groupons. Fake Rolexes and Viagra by the case from Nigeria (sounds legit). We’d find out a lot about each other, for sure. But who needs WikiLeaks for that?

A few years ago I managed a great team of people, but one day realized we didn’t know that much about each other. No, I didn’t hack their emails…I found a way to share some things that turned out to be fun.

We filled out this questionnaire ahead of time and I handed them out at a team dinner. The group took turns reading out the answers and then tried to guess whose Dirty Dozen belonged to whom. There were some crazy responses, so it was harder than you’d think!

Next time you’re meeting up with friends or coworkers and want to do something besides stare at your phones, give it a try. For your consideration, I present to you…

6 – Celebrity Week? Tie – Blake Lively because duh!-OR-Morgan Freeman because he taught me to read when I was 3 (on TV’s Electric Company) and he played a great God in Bruce Almighty.

7 – Sporting Event? Belmont Stakes 1973 Secretariat won by 31 lengths.

8 – Favorite place visited? Italy

9 – Next big place? Patagonia region of Chile/Argentina. If the real thing is half of what the photos promise, it will be legendary.

10 – My dream company to own?  Gibson Guitars – they’ve been making people cool for decades. That’s got to feel good.

11 – Special talent I’d like? Jason Bourne-style fighting skills. It would be cool to know that you’d be the last man standing if shit got out of hand.

12 – Favorite free time activity? Being unplugged and off the grid – hiking, mountain biking or skiing  somewhere and not worried about my phone.
